Request to Surrender Ownership of a Dog: Please click on the Owner Surrender form to submit your request to surrender your dog. We cannot rescue Pitbull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, or Rottweilers. We will request but not require a donation to take your dog into our rescue program based on the veterinary needs of the dog.
