Request to Surrender Ownership of a Dog: Use the below form to submit your request to surrender ownership of a dog. We do not take PITBULLS, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIERS, AMERICAN BULLDOGS, CHOW-CHOWS, OR ROTTWEILERS. Please search under www.petfinder.org for breed specific rescues for those breeds. If you have a dog you need to surrender to rescue, there is a $25 fee. You may be asked to spay or neuter the dog that you are asking to surrender, or provide proof of veterinary care.
