Chillicothe, Ohio's Cell Dog Program is Named "ChilliRAP"

The above logo and picture was created by the dog handlers at Chillicothe Correctional Institute.  The prison program is excellent for the dogs and for the handlers.  These programs need donations and public support from people like you for the daily needs of the dogs attending the program.  Please take a moment to read the list of items needed below - you may have some of these items laying around your house.
